Bosh Dishwasher. Service techitions nog coming out to perform repairs

I bought a dishwasher in June and it is giving technical problems. I logged a call and received reference BJ144216. I took a leave day at work as the technician was supposed to perform repairs at my house and did not pitch up. Then I phoned the call center and got a second day and took leave for the 2nd time and once again the technician did not bother to phone me . I phoned the call center for a 3rd time and got a new date again and yet again the technician didn't phone me or even received any call from the call center. I am so disappointed and appalled by the service received from Bosh and at this stage would bother purchasing or recommending any one to purchase a Bosh item as the after service I am experiencing is so bad. I need this issue to be sorted
