Bosch washing machine

Terrible customer service. I bought a machine in May 2019 and took an extended warranty on my machine to ensure I am covered. they not flexible to assist customers on call out times, I was asked to take a half day annual leave to accommodate a technician. I then asked the lady if I could get a time frame as to when a technician will be at my house and she mentioned they would call me 30 minutes before arriving at my house as I needed to leave during my lunch. on Friday the guy called me and I rushed home only to find the guy had already moved onto a different job. when I asked where he was he said another 5 minutes he will arrive. after an additional 20 minutes wait, I called and asked where he was, we established he had the incorrect address and couldn't assist me on the day. I had to contact the service center again and reschedule taking more time off from work. the guy finally got the correct address and arrived today, only to tell me maybe I am overloading my machine, or I am using the wrong setting. he even asked for the manual so he can show me. I have been using the same setting on my machine since May 2019 and never had a spinning issue. a full circle was not run as the machine didnt give him an error. its pathetic service and honestly I would love to dump that machine and will never purchase a product from Bosch again.
