Bosch Warranty is bogus

I bought a Bosch Cordless vacuum cleaner from Hirschs in January. It stopped working 10 days ago so I took it in to be looked at. It's still under warranty. The battery is faulty and needs replacing they say. I must wait a month while they source parts from overseas for an appliance that's still under warranty??? Unacceptable Bosch!!!
