Bosch the worst product, do not buy this defective products

I bought a Bosch top of the range front load washing machine just more than a year ago. The machine's drum bearing made a hell of a noise. Bosch was contacted by the store Eland furnishers from which I bought the machine. Bosch had to order a new drum as according to Clinton the service consultant no spares was available in south Africa. I had to wait a month to get the part. The drum was replaced by Clinton, which according to me was even not cost effective as this part consist of 70% of the machine. I do not even think that proper cost calculations was done by Bosch to get this drum firstly in South Africa and then getting this replaced. Wouldn't the cost of just replacing the machine in the first place be better? After replacing the drum the machine's balance is completely out, having bad vibrations when spinning with a load which the machine did not have before the drum was replaced. Now they want to replace the shocks on the machine. While we at it why don't we replace the wiring and case as this is the only parts left not replaced?? I did not pay with bits and pieces of money for this product, why must I be happy with a product being assembled bit by bit?? This is totally unacceptable. I hope anyone reading this will reconsider buying any Bosch product. This is definitely not genuine German products look out people.
