Bosch Springfield KZN is **********

Bosch Springfield has by far taken the Bosch Service brand down the gutter with their lack of quality, service and workmanship. Not what I expected from a top name like this. Had my vehicles booked in with them from April this year and to date it has not been fixed despite their numerous attempts. No quality checks before car is released. Bosch South Africa needs to analyse this branch urgently. They are giving Bosch Car Service a bad name in my opinion. Management doesn't respond to my calls and emails either to resolve the issue.
