Bosch Services Durbanville - Think twice if not a standard car service!

Bosch Services Durbanville has been a nightmare. It's been three weeks, and I've spent over R50k, yet the original issue I brought the vehicle in for hasn't even been fully diagnosed. Its been another three business days and I am still waiting for new quote—apparently for an engine overhaul! I actually collected the vehicle and took it to a third party for their opinion and even though they were able to clearly articulate what should be the next steps, they unfortunatley couldn't work on it without voiding the warranty on the parts Bosch had already replaced. So I had no choice but to take it back to Bosch Services Durbanville. The ordeal continues...

There is still so much to this story but lets wait till for all findings for me to provide a full report.
