Bosch Service Randburg

I am very disappointed with Bosch service in Randburg, i took my car for fixing brake pads and they lost a lock nut. when i reported this they say that they wont be able to replace it. Imagine this carelessness to them would have lead me to use a lot of money towing my car. They even switch off their phone so that i dont call them anymore.
