Bosch service -Poor service they dont know what they are doing

I took in my cx5 for breakpad replacement on the 14th October 2023 ,they replaced the rear once , went to the store 21st of October 2023,as they where making aloud noise ...i was told they need to spacers ,which they did ,the scratchy sound kept on coming back ...i took the car again on the 23rd October 2023 , after i realised that they didnt put a bolt/nut on the caliber ,which they put in that didnt help with the noise ,i took the car to mazda today ,they told me they installed the CX3 breakpads ,which are incorrect ...called Jo and also send him pictures via whatsapp and he told me they cant do anything about it and they can refund me for their mistake......becareful of Bosch services they will rip you off
