Bosch Service Kempton Park, Unqualified People, Rude Owner

Unprofessional owner and unqualified motor mechanics working at Bosch Service Kempton Park. First time I took my Run-X for service, they changed the Cabin Air Filter, they forgot to tighten the *****s back and the filter housing fell why my son was driving. I though that was just a coincidence. Second time I used them for my other car, after service I got an Engine Light ! They said "It happens after ENGINE CLEANING". This time they went all out, they broke may car. Major service, my car has binding Brake Pads, Overheating Brakes, ABS Pump Fault. The owner Richard is so rude telling me I'm using them as Scapegoats when I want to take my car to professionals. They changed original car parts and installed after-market parts that didn't solve the problem. As we speak I'm going the legal route to claim for damages on my vehicle.
