Bosch service Kempton Park (protec Auto)

Poor service at it's best, i took my car here on the 8th of Feb 2018 and only recived it back on the 28th of July due to dishonesty of this team.

My car had overheated and they failed to pick up that the engine block has cracked when taking it for engineering and due to this i was charged for their own mistakes which made me end up paying 90k (which is a price for a brand new engine). The manager of this place does not know what the defination of customer service. He is so rude and so defensive even when he is wrong.

I will never ever do business with this workshop neither will i ever recomerecommend thier service to anyone including an enemy of mine.

Poor poor service. Think twice before engaging this guys.
