Bosch Service Kempton Park

Left my car at Bosch Kempton Park by appointment for what they said would be a 2 day job on electricals, 6 days later they had only opened one panel for inspection, and left the car outside and unlocked while serving walk-in customers with a car issue, waited six more hours only to be given keys, thinking all was fixed, nothing was, no report from technician, who vanished, nor service advisor, who said he doesn't know anything about the car
