Bosch service is the WORST!

Bosch service in Capetown South Africa for home appliance is the worst! I don't know how many times I have contacted them for them to send a technician to fix a faulty cooktop stove and they keep saying they will send a technician to my house to fix it and no one came. Now it is the weekend and they tell me they don't do that on weekends yet I have been logging in this complaint for the whole week. Well at least be polite then - if you are not sending the technician. I spoke to Nhlanhla over the phone and she didn't even bother to try help me.
