Bosch service is not good

I brought a car for service and shoch absorber change. It was 09h00, they conducted their service changed the shochs. At 17h00 they said I should pay the car will be ready in 5minutes I did. In about an hour of waiting they told me the crank was damaged as they were test driving the car so I should wait while they fix it, they promised it will take 30minutes I waited until 22h00. I then decided to find a place to sleep as my home 200Km away. They helped me find one and transported me there. In the morning I went there to fetch the car but there was stability control warning light on which took them an hour to fix. They refused to pay for my accomodation as it was not my plans to book. I then took the car. Two weeks later the just jamed it had to be towed to Ford where they said the crank sansor was not properly intalled and wiring to it was damaged. I payed for it but I feel I was not fairly treated
