Bosch Service is a ****

I took my vehicle (audi A5) for a minor service, in mid January. When I went to collect it a day later, it seemed fine. I parked it & when I tried to drive again, the car wouldn't start. I called them & they said they are not sure what the problem could be & they will have a look. Each time i have to follow up with them on the progress. When I finally got a response I was told that the damage would cost R19 000. I could not understand how I could have taken a car for a minor service only to now be slapped with a bill of R19 000 that was caused by them. Not at any point has Bosch offered to even go half on half or apportion payment. They were happy to ask for my insurance details which insurance, by the way, said it will only pay R1200 of the damage(this is not even the monthly premium). To date, I still don't have my car & no R19000 to pay for it. This is purely bad service & I will warn every1 I know about utilising the services of Bosch Services Silverton.
