Bosch service (Gezina) nightmare

I have never come across such high level of incompetency. Called the Gezina branch seeking the parts department because i wanted to find out if they have stock of a certain oil pressure switch however i was taken from pillar to post and only after speaking to the fifth person who was extremely rude said "they do not sell parts here" nobody bothered to ask why was i asking because in actual fact i wanted to book my car in for replacement of the oil pressure switch. I am so disappointed in their inability to give good customer service.I am in awe
