Bosch Service Centre Moreletta

Bosch Service Moreletta is by far the worst service center that I have come across in my life. I went there to make an appointment and that went well until they started shouted to each other from the workshop t the reception area. Don't mind me, I'll wait. I made my appointment for a 130 000 oil and filter change. Do you need anything else sir? My reply was "NO"

I took my car in on the day of appointment. 3 Hours later I received a call. First they shouted to each other while I was holding. Next time finish your shouting then phone the customer. The "person" told me that there was a squeeck noise when you turn the ignision and he told me he need to look at that. I old him NO because I knew about that fault and the car has got insurance on that....I will sort it out. My word wasnt cold then he told me that I should change my wiper blades. I totally lost it. I replaced my wiper blades 2 months prior.

I went to pick up my car and realized my blade pointing in different directions. You guys are the F cherry on top. Please explain to me how a wiper blade can "BY IT SELF" pull back with the two iron bits that keeps the rubber together....backwards, out of its position.

I repaired it while i was standing there. And it still works as it should be. This is now a week later. That blades is in tip top condition. And yes I was F##^ boiling because the way you F#%# people over. And next time BRA, Don;t tell someone you are "TRYING TO" give a service. You should actually do it.

So....for anybody that are reading this.....It's not worth it. There are other places in Silver Lakes and Menlyn that uses the same parts, the difference is. Better Service and Price.

And unfortunately for me I received some feedback from other people that knows your way of doing things.....never again.
