BOSCH SERVICE CENTRE LADYSMITH KZN

I am very disappointed with bosch service centre Ladysmith KZN , firstly i get charged R4950 to change a complete fuel pump and fuel filter FOR A POLO VIVO, secondly i leave the car at 9 in the morning and only get told the car is ready at 5 in the afternoon that too service is so pathetic i must wait while i came first but people after me get attended to lastly the pipe pops out from the fuel filter while driving back from Ladysmith to durban because theres a clamp thats missing. WHAT THE HELL GUYS IS THIS WHAT IT'S COME TO RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND PUTTING LIVES IN DANGER ? I GET OVER CHARGED AND ********** AND THAT TOO FOR POOR QUALITY WORK DONE ON THE CAR. Now im sitting with a problem where it should've been done correctly MY TIME MY MONEY MY FUEL ALL GONE FOR WASTE ! CAN SOMEBODY CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS AND RECTIFY WHAT HAS BEEN DONE
