Bosch Service Centre (AUTOMAX) - WORSE SERVICE CENTRE IN THE WORLD

Where to start? I have received the worse service ever and I have experienced some bad service before but Bosch Service Centre (Automax) in Saxenberg Blackheath takes the crown. Their website says first-time rite however I think it should say by the 100th time they will check if it is rite.

I have been struggling for the last 8 months with them to fix my car after spending almost R28, 000. First I told them that they should fix the hooter of my vehicle. They advised me that I needed a part (Slip Ring) that will cost R5,500. I told them that they should go ahead and get the part of which I had to give 50% of the money before any work commenced. Secondly, they collected my vehicle to do the repairs. On the way to their workshop, my car broke down with my Engin packing up. To make a long story short they repaired my Engen (at least I thought so). They wanted to give me a three-month workmanship guarantee after I spent about a huge amount of money how sad is that. They have no confidence in their staff. Then they told me my hooter don't work, Sure thing that is why I asked you to fix it. they told it needs a new lever then they diagnosed my primary issue totally wrong. I thought that BOCSH was supposed to be a trusted Brand. Clearly not. All I want is my car fixed 8 full tanks of fuel that I had to spend over the past 8 months due to the fuel consumption being at 8.9l / 100km where it was at 6.8l / 100km before they fixed my Engin according to them. Oh, and my hooter fixed as well.
