Bosch Service Centre - Amanzimtoti - PATHETIC

Took my car to Bosch (Amanzimtoti - Athlone Park) to replace the headlight on my vehicle which had blown. These had to be ordered and when I returned both lightbulbs were replaced as apparently this is the norm.

The next day whilst driving at night I noticed the light was not even shining on the road and clearly not correct. Returned to Bosch the following day. And after 2 hours, 2 mechanics, the service manager, numerous phone calls and paging through the vehicle manual I was advised that the entire headlight fitting had to be replaced.

When I queried how this was possible because all was in working order prior to the globes being replaced I was advised that I have 2 options. Either replace the entire headlight fitting or live with it.

Terrible service, terrible attitude.

So my light is still not functioning and in addition to that my dashboard is now no longer illuminating when the lights are switched on.

I will not recommend anybody take their vehicle there if a simple job like changing a bulb results in **** poor service and the additional cost of now taking my vehicle to a reputable company to correct their ineptitude. In fact I will not go out of way to make sure I relay my experience with all and sundry.
