BOSCH service center in Booyseens run as a backyard business

Took my car for service, and had to live for Kzn next morning. Realized on the same day afternoon that the vehicle is heavily leaking oil, reported the matter and the following day the issue was attended to. I honestly think they using inferior parts, and they don't know what they doing. The vehicle was having oil underneath and requested it be cleaned, we agreed then that I'll take the vehicle for undercarriage and I'll pay and share with then the slip for refund. It's approaching 2 months now being promised I'll get a refund. The workers have promised to pay it after they get paid, I'm now not sure if I brought the vehicle to individuals or the Bosch center.

They now know my number and all my calls, texts and whatsapp are ignored. I've requested the bosses number previously but I'm told they not allowed to share the number with me.

That center is run like a backyard mechanic.

I just want my refund that's it, never will I ever in my life trust this ****mers of Bosch. Even when you call head office of Bosch and live voice messages, they never come back to you. KAAK SERVICE THEY SPECIAL ON.
