Bosch Service Center fits incorrect parts to vehicle - refuses refund

This service center fitted the wrong brake pads to my car which rendered the brakes ineffective. I left my car with them for 3 days to sort the problem out but they were not able to ( because they didn’t know that they had fitted the wrong brake pads). I had to take my car to the main Volvo dealership who identified the problem immediately and fixed it. Auto Service & Diagnostics in Noordhoek refused to refund the R6000 that they charged me for renewing the brakes on my car. I am still in dispute with them and in the process of pursuing legal action to obtain my refund. This Bosch Service Center is supposed to be an Approved Workshop, sponsored by RMI but they told me that my only recourse is to take my car back to the workshop - despite the fact that I had already returned the vehicle to them and they couldn’t fix it! So don’t be fooled into thinking that an RMI approved workshop will provide you with a good standard of workmanship, or that RMI will be able to help you obtain a refund for shoddy, *********** service.
