Bosch Service Bryanston - Complete Disaster and Unprofessional.

Uninformed disaster, technicians had zero knowledge of how to investigate and correctly troubleshoot and resolve electrical and computer faults, even after specifically stating they can assist with my vehicle. Arrogant worksman Muktar (excuse the spelling) was overly arrogant and rude, offering no options or assistance after a computer diagnosis on my vehicle resulted in total shutdown and failure of all components in the vehicle. Suggesting I need to return the next day and "take an uber" 60km home from the shop (keep in mind my vehicle was fully functional and driveable, with only a single function failure when I arrived).

I am highly disappointed with such poor client service as well as the work done on my vehicle (keep in mind no care was taken in considering bruising the seats as well as scratching the vehicle paint on multiple points during their frantic search to fix their stuff up as the vehicle was now a glorified paper weight).

Truly will advise all to rather locate a more reputable and reliable company to assist with vehicle issues, unless you're comfortable with being treated as if you are not worth an ounce of respect (referring to both person and vehicle).

However, they did contact a specialist 3rd party to visit the following day to do the job correctly within 15 - 20 min, considerably better than the several hours spent at the shop the previous day.

Thanks to Hugo (the 3rd party specialist), everything is as it should be and working perfectly.
