Bosch Service Bronkhorstspruit

I am now 15 months without my Ford Ranger. Bosch service Bronkhorstspruit has overhauled the engine. It jas taken them 12 months to try and fix my bakkie. I drove it into their shop with a blown head gasket. My insurance insisted on a RMI shop for the repairs. ( i reported it to RMI and learned that even tbough they have it on their building and invoices they are not registered with RMI. We went through the whole Miosa ombudsman process and they ignored the final outcome to give me a working vehicle. Now their headoffice are also not coming to the table. I took the vehicle to a RMI approved engineering shop for a second oppinion and the result is defective workmanship.
