Bosch Service Alberton is ripping people off and *****ing from people.

Took my car for a minor service at Bosch Service Alberton. After a few days my car started to mis-fire. I than took the car back for them to test it and they advised that the coil pack is faulty and it would be cost around R8000 to fix it. I than left and had a look at the coils myself and found out that one of my coils (on the cylinder that was mis-firing) were charged. The part number on the 3 original coils are the same but on the one that was replaced has a different part number as well as the color of the coil is different. Bosch Service Alberton advised that they will provide me with the footage of the service done on the car but they have still not provided me with the footage.

I'm so upset with Bosch Service Alberton as they trying to rip me off with a R8000 for a part which they exchanged. All I want is for my original coil to be replaced back into my car. A Jeep 2021 model
