Bosch SA Service/ TechnicianTax avoidence

I bought a Bosch Fridge/ Freezer combination in 2007. The product continuously gave me problems from the beginning. The last time (2011) I had to pay R801 (R360.82 for sensor + R342.11 + VAT) for repairs where they fitted a small SPEC RB605112 SENSOR. Over the weekend the fridge section broke again and it does not cool although the freezer section is in working condition. The appliance also makes lots of noises
