Bosch SA Power tools going the extra mile!

I recently had an issue with drill bits bought from Builders Warehouse Centurion. The quality was an issue but from history it is too much of a hassle to get a return sorted with Builders so I left it. After weeks gone by I happened upon the slip and decided a more direct approach with Bosch SA.

Henry Oosthuizen from Bosch did not disappoint at all and went more than the extra mile to get me sorted. I had not experienced customer service like this in years and have to say well done Henry!
