Bosch Rifle range pathetic service.

Bosch Rifle Range are the worst company i have ever dealt with!!!! My car has been in and out the workshop for the past 18 months and still i have the same issue. I have paid out thousands of rands from my pocket and over 30k through my insurance (Innovation), who are non the better. They refuse to send my car to another service station being it a different company or a Bosch located else where. This has been going on for 18 months!!!!!!!!!! Innovation Group are aware of the issue and are not interested making means to assist me as a customer. I am disgusted at the service from both parties to my core!!! Bosch have ****** thousands from me as well as my policy. Innovation merely reads the quote and transfer my car back to Bosch as the warranty is still active. It has been back and forth forever!!!!! I want my matter resolved NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has happened to both my vehicles. Never mind the fact that my other vehicle being ENGULFED IN FLAMES twice almost burning to ashes 2days after returning from Bosch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVERMIND ALMOST KILLING ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Action needs to be taken immediately, as this is a legal matter.
