Bosch Ridgeway, Swaartgout red, bad customer service empty promises
I took my car for assessment as it was having a problem leaking oil. They called me saying problem identified n will be fixed I paid n took the car home n realized the problem still exists. Till today in being taken from pillar to post this lady Gugu who promised to come with technician is now not able to assist us. These ppl have taken my money fir stupid nothing I thought this was a reputable company I feel like they r backdoor mechanics very sad n upset. Stories but my money was taken very say indeed

05 Oct 2019, 12:46These ppl are terrible not sure if they running a business or a shebbin then we go back for diagnosis they are so personal they refused to help us because u complained on this platform. South Africans where must we get service when service providers are behaving like school kids. Companies need to grow n not mix emotions n business. I wonder whose the owner of bosch car service in ridge way they conduct business like backyard mechanics.
