Bosch repairs not interested in service!

I would like to tell future customers who want to have their bosch appliances repaired that this company is not interested in good service. I phoned them on Monday.... by Thursday I have not even had a phone call from anybody to say yes ...... we will come on this date or nothing!!!!! I phone fixitt that also do repairs and they made an appointment the next day.
