Bosch Poor Service

My vehicle “brake pads worn” light flashed on my dashboard which lead to me deciding to do a brake pads change at what I believed to be a quality oriented and reputable organization, namely Bosch, the most convenient for me at the time was the workshop at 50 Florence Nzama Street.

I dropped my vehicle off at the workshop and agreed to pick it up later that day, upon so doing I noted that there were then 3 dashboard lights on, “Brake pads worn”; “Abs”, “Tyre pressure”. I made an enquiry concerning this and was advised the lights would be reset. The “Brake pads worn” light was reset by the gentleman who assisted and not the “Abs” and “Tyre pressure” lights which I was then advised would switch off as I drove my vehicle or I would need to return for a diagnostics to be done. I returned to the workshop a few days later as the dash lights never switched off, at which time a diagnostics was done on my vehicle which returned results that my “Tyre pressure” and “Abs” sensors were faulty and needed to be replaced. I did explain that my sensors were not faulty at the time of me bringing the car in and did not think it reasonable that I’m to just accept that and move on but got no further assistance. I have since made e-mail contact with the organization but have not received any responses.
