Bosch oven after service poor

I bought a Bosch oven. I need assistance from them by sending them emails. No response from them

This is very disappointing and bad from thier side because I get the impression that all they care about is pushing sales and not client care.

I would appreciate response from Bosch on all my emails correspondence
