Bosch Northway Service in Bramley the service is very bad bad

I drove my car the on the 10th of November and they told the problem is waterpump and they have to replace it and even today I haven't got my car because they have damaged it and they don't want to take accountability. Worst part is they don't even know what is wrong with my car because it doesn't Rev anymore which is I didnt have that problem before, and now they want me to take a car somewhere else. So I came driving my car there but now I have to to tow it. So can they please return my car like the way It was when I dropped it, because clearly they don't wanna fix my car, it been almost a full month now.

I have been engaging with this Adrian guy I think he is a manager for that place, he has very bad attitude for someone who is working with customers. Adrian can you please fix my car.
