Bosch KZN Repair Centre Umgeni Road Durban

I have been trying to get KZN Repair Centre (An authorised Bosch Car Service Agency) based in Umgeni Road, Durban, to rectify incorrect service documentation details for 2 months now. I have sent repeat email requests for assistance and tried to use their "service" WhatsApp line but have never had the decency of a reply. They have detailed the incorrect model of vehicle serviced which lowers the end value when selling the car. Furthermore they pushed me to replace my braking discs and pads in full in September 2024 but when I did a follow up service in January 2025 at a more reputable service centre I was told I still have 3000km left on the brakes, meaning they were trying to upsell me products to the value of almost R20 000 that I did not need at the time. Their lack of response and questionalble sales tactics mean I will never use them again.
