Bosch inadequacy

I have a Bosch Series 2 washing machine. On day 2 of South Africa's hard lockdown, one of the pipes tore (input, output pipe, with the ball, under the machine). I have been every where, phoned around and even had people in other cities do the same. No where in South Africa is there apparently a pipe i can purchase as a replacement. It has been about 3 months and still no help. I have emailed and phoned Bosch South Africa to no avail. I have no problem with their products, however, I cannot pathom that there are no replacement parts available. Could anyone assist with this matter.
