Bosch hillfox

I am absolutely disgusting in the service that I got from the Bosch service centre behind hillfox short story the guy that helped me is named Andre he was very rude he even went as far as to say to my husband "ohhhh are u sure thats your baby" I really felt so offended, I left him and we disgusted that service price and everything left my car there just for him to phone and say it's going to cost you R16000 for everything so we said it's fine because my car is pretty messed up and I understand so it took a day to fix all fine the minute I drove out the brakes felt werid and my Abs light came up so I thought no maybe it's the new brakes that's doing that so I left it I went back today to speak to him he comes and tells me I must pay an additional R3000 because there is something wrong. Why didn't they check for time around and why was I charged so much money i went and said if I have an accident with my 3 month old baby he then started laughing in my face I have never felt so disgusted in my life you pay for a service and you get treated like this.
