Bosch Hillcrest

Car went in on the 16 of March 2015 <br> <br> 1. Only got Quote after 4 weeks even though i requested an estimate repeatedly from the firtst day .<br> <br> 2. Stripped Engine with out Consent car was running when dropped off .<br> <br> 3 Quoted me for the amount of 68k plus change on the 4th week .<br> <br> 4 requested Diagnostic report and did not get on only on the 5th week and diagnostic is very sketchy got report if bosch requires it . As bosh did not quote me for this part even though they basiclly quote for the whole engine .<br> 5 An unreasonable mark up of 500% of some of the parts again got documnets to proove all im saying in this complaint .<br> <br> 6. Had a meeting and they said i could supply my own parts as it was cheaper by quite a bit and Rob was un willing in the beggining to give a Warranty of workmanship so after a big debate he finally agreed . <br> <br> I have moved my vechile to a different company at another cost which was origanally R1850 but now turned to R2850 .<br> <br> And was Charged for the Diagnostic report and Storage ......etc <br> <br> I would love to talk to some one who represents Bosch in Head Office to resolve and supply the Document i have and the Emails that had gone back and forth as there is way to much.
