Bosch Hill Fox Stole My Christmas

Hi!, I have recently had a terrible experience with Bosch HillFox . It all started when I had a problem with my alternator not charging . I took my car to the local mechanic he evaluated the car and told me it was due to the brushes and he could fix it, however, I have a warranty that I pay for every month with my Wesbank installment so I decided to take advantage of my warranty. Motorite being my warranty insurer informed me that I Had to take the car to someone who was RMI Approved, so my local mechanic helped me to charge my battery so that I could drive it to Bosch Hillfox .

I packed the car went inside and I suspect they assumed I had towed the car inn , I booked the car. A couple of a weeks must have went by before there was any contact or verdict from Bosch Hill Fox, I then decided to send them a was-sup Quintos from Bosch called me back to let me know that Motorite my warranty insurer was billed R 41 000 and some odds By Bosch because the alternator and the computer Box needed to be replaced, he also mentioned that the car had been towed inn, but I didn't think much of that statement because I did not suspect any wrong doing. A couple of more days went by and I called in again to find out what was the status of my Car he told me that I had to send in proof that the Car had been serviced for the past three years, I did that, and then he forwarded my scanned documents to Clive at Motorite , a couple of more days later still no response I called in again and Quintos swore up and down that they had forwarded all the documents that Motorite had requested and mentioned that he did not know why they were refusing to release the funds. At this point I felt I had been very patient but I was beginning to get angry, I sent Clive at Motorite an email directly and I was obviously feeling like I was being taken advantage and did not make an afford to hide this in the tone of my email. Surprisingly Clive was very gracious in his response. He explained to me that all he needed from Bosch Hill Fox was a charging test and he would release the funds. I felt like I had made great progress and immediately contacted Bosch with the wonderful news, they then told me that they had forwarded all the documents to Motorite and quite frankly Quintos was tired of dealing with those people. I felt lost and like I was between two giant companies who didn't want to help me, I decided to be patient, that did not work. I then decided to go to Bosch Hillfox to see about my car personally instead of calling to demand some answers. When I got there I suggested that we call Motorite (Clive) together Both myself and Quintos to make sure he could repeat the same thing while I was there about having not received all the documents and thought this will clarify all misunderstandings. To my horror Quintos form Bosch Hill Fox had a different response story, he admitted that he had not forwarded the charging test to Motorite, even after they had asked for it consistently, which was shocking because this was the first time I had heard that he had not forwarded the Charging test to them after he swore up and down that he had forwarded all the documents Motorite had requested. He whispered to the phone since I was sitting right there his confession and explained to the person on the other end Who was Clive that he could not do the charging test due to some technical reason which I am not fami**** with since I am not a mechanic, At that point I knew he had **** to me for sure but I was not sure why. Noticing how uncomfortable he was I went outside because I wanted him to fix whatever boo boo he had made without me listening in on the conversation, all I wanted was my car fixed, I came back inside at that point they started to show me my Alternator which they had already taken out of the car without Motorite releasing the funds, I know from my previous experiences that the rules of engagement state
