Bosch Hatfiled

I have taken my car to Bosch in Hatfield Pretoria because it was blowing air and it did not switch off. It was just blowing as long as the car was on. A man called Charles van Dyk has been promising to fix it and that has not materialised. I have paid for the parts and labour for nothing. He has been duck and diving every time I comfronted him. If you are thinking of taking your car to Bosch even if is just for a minor dent DO NOT because you will regret. They make promises make you pay then duck and dive when they have to deliver.
