Bosch has breached THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, - 'Right to Fair Value, Good Quality and Safety'

Bosch has breached THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT - in regards to the 'Right to Fair Value, Good Quality and Safety'. Terrible quality washing machine, that keeps on breaking! This is the 4th time they are 'fixing' my washing machine in 2 years, but they are just stalling for my warranty to be over! Worst service you can ever get from Bosch - put the phone down, terrible client service, no managers to speak to and empty promises of call back.
