Bosch gives no service on their products

Yesterday I spoke to Simphiwe Mabelane, a call centre manager. She promised to get back to me in 5 minutes. Well, since 15.40 up till now: nothing has happened !! This morning Call centre switch board operator: Dolly Antoni, refused to put me through to the service centre manager , Louisa Baloyi, who is too busy to take a call from a disgruntled client.
