Bosch germiston horrible service

What a horrible service I've received from bosch auto clinic germiston.They messed up my car after I took it to them to fit a timing chain.I had to return the car twice but they still did not pick up that they had not fitted the timing chain correctly and as a result my catalytic converter is smashed.Worse part when I call the branch manager to complain he was so rude and hang up on me.Ive sent emails to their head office and I still have not received any feedback.Please do not take your car to them.
