Bosch fourways will take your money but not fix your car.

Took my car in for a loud rattling noise to be fixed. The noise is far worse and now the engine light is on as well. I wrote in to them explaining the whole situation, their response was they didn't diagnose they just fixed. But if it was fixed why is the noise still there and far more prominent. Now they want to charge me another R700 to diagnose after paying almost R2500 not not fixing anything. And I'm not getting any response when I asked for my money and my car to be returned the way it was before going to them or fix the problem. I had to use an uber everywhere. ******* but just in a very horrible subtle way. Try elsewhere rather than Bosch Fourways if something is wrong with your car.
