Bosch Fourways

I took my vehicle in for a 90 000km service at Bosch Fourways in October and in November my car had the warning sign "check injection", I took it directly to the dealership only to find out that my air filter and pollen filter were clogged. They did not change them during the service. When I called in to inform them of this, they showed absolutely no regard for my grievance and further told me that they only checked the oil filter as that is usually what they do on a car service. I am disappointed with their service and I will not be returning, my first experience with them was horrible.
