Bosch clutch replacement

End of last year i needed to get a clutch on my Megane replaced but ther was no dealers with available spots. So i went to bosch as they have RMI approved dealerships for this.

All the parts i bought for the car for the clutch to be done. However after the clutch was replaced i took the car back 3 more times as the gears did not change correctly, the whole system felt rough and it slipped gear.

The first time they found they didnt bleed the system correctly, second time they redid bleeding replaced fluids so they say and still had the problem. The 3 rd time back i had to go and show they and basically assist the mechanic to solve the issue. Which turns out the gear selector cable was bent.

I had renault look at the car and their findings is that the gear selector cable was not damaged during the clutch installation when the gearbox is removed. This is all in black and white. Bosch damaged the cable but when confronted with this, they blame it on everything but their installation.

They still then have the nerve to ask me to buy the parts and they will do the labour at no cost, although their cost is less than half the cost of a new selector cable which they broke. Now im not new to working on my own car but gear selector cables do not just bend from wear and tear on the use of a vehicle with such low mileage.

Would i ever use bosch again no, will i recommend them high unlikely. In order to get the problem fixed by them would be a plus.
