Bosch charging for but not replacing spark plugs

Serviced my vehicle in January, big service so had everything done.

15 000km / 10 months later in October, I service again and they let me know that we need to replace these very old spark plugs because they are DONE.

Bosch never replaced them but of course charged me for new spark plugs and labour in January..

I wonder what else they did not do and to how many people they do this.

Been trying to contact HQ with photos and the whole story, they flat out ignore this. The workshop in Honeydew says sorry the paperwork says it was replaced, what a joke.
