Bosch Ceramic touch hob is *******

I bought a Bosch Ceramic touch hob from takealot for my wife as a wedding gift. We went on our honeymoon and when we got back installed it and on the first use it started giving an electronic error. This was 3 days after the 30 days that takealot allows for an exchange so we needed to call Bosch for the warranty. This was in October. I phoned 5 times in 3 days span before I got any answer. The Technician came in about a week later and said it might have been a ****roach as this model apperantly attracts them while the more expensive models don't attract them and that we need to wait 5 weeks for the new circuitboard. He installed the new part and on the first time of use it again gave the same errors. I then struggled another week for Bosch to answer the phone. They then send the same Technician back who replaced the circuit board and on the first time we tried using it again the same error appeared. It has become apparent to me that Bosch sold a faulty product to me and that they just want to blame the customer rather then exchanging the product for one that works. So if he want a hob that gives you less then 2 hours of working for close to R 3 000 Bosch makes the appliance for you. They also don't list any email addresses to complain to.
