Bosch Cars service Mount Edgecombe worse place to deal with!!!!

I took my car in for a service in Aug thinking everything is ok once it was done. I hardly use the car for work only on weekends......2 months later down the line, I breakdown on the freeway. Stranded for 2/3 hours. I called Bosch that same day and the guy Jason that was dealing with my car when it for a service is trying to smooth talk me telling me that there is nothing we can do. I took it to another Mechanic and they advised the thermostat packed up....I didn't do a minor service I did a major service. I logged a complaint with the manager she tells she will look into it and call me back. A week later she still didn't called. I called her back, she couldn't even remember what my complaint was and tells me we deal with lots of them daily.....(that says it all!!) she was so rude and adamant that it was not their fault and I must log a complaint if I am not happy. The car service was still under warranty.
