Bosch Car Service. Useless

I took a BMW and a Ford for their annual service. On both occasions the quality of the service was dreadful especially with the BMW. During discussions after the service it became apparent that the people at Bosch had no idea as to what needed doing. In the end I took the BMW to a BMW dealer which was more expensive but at least they got the job done.
