Bosch Car Service Sunward Park

Very disappointing service. It is imperative for Bosch South Africa to check the franchisee if they are fit to run a franchise before they sell it to them…. I took my car to Bosch Sunward Park, I felt like I’m taking my car to a certain mechanic at the corner.

1. Front desk service doesn’t have a clue on what needed to be done and always consult the owner via phone. 2. The owner runs a shop via a telephone and dictate the front desk personnel on what to do. It shows that Bosch South Africa has no formal training for their stuff 3. The owner tells me that I need to buy a service book because it’s for my benefit. For God’s sake, how do you tell a customer that brings revenue to your business to buy a service book. I have never experienced such in my entire life.

Due to the above points I have stated, it is very riskier to take your car to this franchise because it might get worse because of their systems, processes and people.
