If I could give this business 0 stars I would after taking my car there for an oil change and a trip check on August 7, 2023. Firstly, they didn't put enough oil in the car and we only discovered it the next day (less than 16 hours after we picked it up). This was after my husband wondering why the vehicle was running hot. When we asked Bosch to send someone over to our place (less than 2km away) to fill up the oil and they asked us to send pictures (which we did) and then they continually asked us to send more pictures saying there was plenty of oil in the car. I will include some of the pictures that we were asked to send to them over the course of 2 hours. Finally, they said it was our fault because they had said in their report that there was a leak from a gasket which is at the top of the engine - which we had seen no evidence of and which when checked out eventually by another trusted mechanic he could find no evidence of. Additionally, if that much oil had leaked out there should have been a large spot on the ground and there was none (also sent pictures of that to them). We called another mechanic in the area and within 10 minutes he arrived, diagnosed the issue as insufficient oil and he fixed the problem by added oil, which is what we had asked Bosch to do over two hours prior, and the vehicle has been perfect since. The picture of the bolts were from Bosch not putting the cover over the spark plugs back in place properly, and they left the bolts lying in the engine compartment and when asked about it, they never responded. Finally, I would expect that a trip check would have included checking tire pressure, which when we did this a day later at the next petrol fill up, all the tires were low. To me these issues are part of an unacceptable and unforgiveable occurrence. I will not be taking my car there again and I suggest you think carefully before doing so.-- email me at: ***
